The staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating.

The shower had significant issues with water pressure and temperature, which made showering quite difficult. Additionally, the limited availability of hair dryers was quite inconvenient, as I found myself unable to use one during my entire stay.

Walls need attention, as they appeared dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. Even though the room was clean, it lacked any distinctive character, making it feel like a missed opportunity for a better price elsewhere.

I had a delightful stay at Corazon De Jade Tulum. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a lovely hammock on the balcony. The hotel is situated in a prime location, very close to ADO, shops, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is fantastic, super close to local restaurants and a short ride to the beach. Our room was spacious and had great air conditioning. We enjoyed diving and fishing in the area, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I had a wonderful three-week stay here with very clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff who always took care of me. the location truly stands out as it's just a few steps away from great restaurants and a short walk to charming parks like Parque Dos Ojos.
